About us and My Case Study

I first came to Crete whilst a student at Alexandria University, working in the tourist industry during the holiday season. I fell in love with the island, became fluent in Greek, and promised myself that I would return permanently one day.

After gaining my degree in Management Accountancy I worked for several years in London, before realizing my dream of returning to Crete.

I now own my own villa near Rethymnon on the north coast of the island, and have been running Impact Villa Management successfully since 2005.

I and Manolis Ladakis have established Exclusive Crete Villas Development.

Manolis Ladaiks has been building hotels and houses for the last 30 years, he is well known in Crete and has a very good reputation.

Exclusive develops traditionally designed, luxury villas and apartments. All building work is to a very high specification, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
